This policy explains what Sonkawade Labs collects when you use Wearly AI, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Account — your email address, and your mobile number, which the payment gateway requires for every transaction.
- Delivery — the name, address, PIN code and phone number you enter for an order, which go to our print partner so they can ship it.
- Designs — the descriptions you write and the images generated from them.
- Orders and credits — what you bought, what you paid and what you spent credits on.
We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Cashfree.
Why we hold it
To create your designs, take payment, print and deliver your order, provide support, meet tax and accounting obligations, and prevent misuse.
Who we share it with
- Our print and fulfilment partner — the delivery address and the print file, so your order can be made and shipped.
- Cashfree — to take payment.
- Our AI generation provider — the text description you enter, to produce images from it.
- Our hosting and database providers — to run the service.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account and design data is kept while your account is open.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data, subject to records we must keep by law. Write to support@wearlyai.sonkawadelabs.in.
Security
Access to your data is restricted at the database level so that one account cannot read another's designs or orders. Print files are stored privately, not on a public address.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
