Refunds, Returns and Cancellation

Last updated 17 August 2026

Every Wearly AI item is printed to order with the design you created. It is a personalised product that did not exist before you ordered it, and it cannot be resold, so the rules below differ from an off-the-shelf garment.

Cancelling an order

You can change the size or delivery address, or cancel for a full refund, at any time until printing starts — usually within a few hours of ordering. Once printing has started the item physically exists and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Change of mind

Because items are printed to order and personalised, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind, or because a design did not look the way you expected on the garment.

When we replace or refund

We replace the item free of charge, with no return shipping to pay, if it:

Report it within 7 days of delivery with a photograph, to support@wearlyai.sonkawadelabs.in or through in-app support. If a replacement is not possible we refund in full.

Designs we refuse to print

We cannot print material we do not have the rights to, or content that is hateful, sexual or violent. The check made before printing is stricter than the one made at preview, so a design can pass preview and still be refused. An order refused at this stage is refunded in full.

Credits for design generation

Credits pay for AI image generation, which is a digital service delivered the moment it runs. A credit that has been spent on a generation cannot be refunded, because the service has already been supplied.

Credits you have bought but not yet spent are not refundable for cash. They do not expire: they stay in your account and can be spent on a generation at any time while the account is open. The exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge, which we refund in full — see below.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree. Allow 5–7 working days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank.

If money left your account but no order appeared, that is an authorisation that was never captured. Your bank reverses it automatically, normally within 5–7 working days.
