These terms govern your use of Wearly AI, operated by Sonkawade Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the service you accept them.
What the service does
Wearly AI generates artwork from a description you provide, and prints the artwork you choose onto physical products fulfilled by our print partner and delivered within India.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that happens under it. You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order.
Credits
Generation is paid for with credits, purchased in advance. One credit is one rupee. The number of credits a generation costs depends on the AI model you select and is shown before you run it. Credits carry no cash value beyond their use in the service.
What you may create
You may not use the service to create designs that infringe someone else's rights or that are unlawful. This includes brand names and logos, characters from film, games, television or comics, sports team marks, and the likeness of real people including public figures. We also refuse hateful, sexual and violent content.
We check designs before printing, and that check is stricter than the one applied at preview. We may refuse to print any design; where we do, the order is refunded in full.
Your designs
You keep the rights you have in the designs you generate, and you are responsible for having them. You grant us the licence we need to print, fulfil and deliver your order.
Print results
Artwork is upscaled before printing. Very fine detail, thin lines and small text can soften on fabric, and colours on cloth differ from colours on a screen. Designs too close in colour to the garment are refused rather than printed faint. These characteristics of printing are not defects.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payment is prepaid only, through Cashfree; we do not offer cash on delivery. The price charged is the price held on our systems at the time you order.
Cancellation and refunds

Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Latur, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
